What I Do: Maintain contact with construction partners, assemble bid lists, collect proposals, and get questions answered. Create Scope of Work binders and keep updated as new information or Value Engineering demands. Create Letters of Intent, Owner Contracts, Design-Build Agreements.
My Spirit Animal: Welsh Border Collie (I have natural ‘herding’ instincts and try to keep things organized.)
ABOUT ME
Interests & Hobbies: Landscaping, Building Stone Walls, Defending a moss garden from animal predations, History and Evolutionary Biology. I try to figure out how things work and try to quit pretending I know better than I actually do. I spend as much time as possible outdoors.
Neighborhood: The Old North End and Clintonville
Organizations/Non-Profits: Columbus Literacy Council, the Mid-Ohio Food Bank, Neighborhood Services, Inc., Clintonville-Beechwold CRC.
Favorite Tool: Poacher’s Spade is my favorite tool. You can do everything from digging postholes, to flushing out rabbits, to double-digging a garden bed.
Lifetime Goal: To Leave No Trace Unless It’s All Good
