Mission
Compton Construction provides clients with unique construction project management, from conception to completion. We do this by coordinating our client’s project with open, honest, communication; collaborating throughout the lifecycle of the project with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers by building strong relationships that lead to a successful project; and completing the project to be finished exactly the way the client wants it, on time, on budget, and built “the right way” backed by our extensive industry and project management experience.
Leadership
Harold Compton
Broad experience from many years in construction has seen Harold act as Superintendent, Project Manager, Design/Builder and real estate developer. Harold brings an all-encompassing skill set to Compton Construction, with extensive experience in land development and planning, mid-rise structures, hospitals, historic renovations, hospitality, multi-family, retail facilities, suburban office buildings, medical office, and worship facilities.
Blake Compton
Blake loves helping fellow entrepreneurs succeed with their construction needs. Whether it’s a tenant improvement of an existing space or a new build from the ground up, Blake will insure that each client shares his optimistic energy in creating a successful project and enjoyable experience. “The confidence I have in sales scenarios comes from the belief in our team’s ability to deliver what our client needs in construction.”
Denis de Verteuil
Denis holds a degree in Architecture and a Masters in Urban Planning. His knowledge and experience from the design and planning industries helps Compton Construction work with designers and planners to make sure that the projects are estimated and executed with precision. His passion for making a better city and a better community is the main motivation to help our clients succeed and create lasting change.

Coordinating your project means open communication with you and a deep understanding of your business needs – from design and function, to keeping downtime during construction to an absolute minimum. We believe in using the “open book” project proposal so clients see every actual cost associated with their project, from materials and labor to required permitting.
We are able to further collaborate throughout the lifecycle of your project to allow for design tweaks and changes along the way. Our priority is for your project to be finished exactly the way you want it, on time, on budget, and built “the right way.”
