The Waterloo One project is a ground-up new built 3-story building in Canal Winchester, featuring first-floor retail space with luxury apartments above. The ownership team at Fairfield Trine developed the lot to provide walkable access to retail, dining, and cultural amenities. Located on a tight urban reuse lot, the project required coordination of safety measures, utility management, and creative problem-solving. Waterloo One offers 7,000 square feet of retail space and 14 residential units designed to complement the historic charm of the Old Town district.
