The Carvery is located in the bustling downtown Gay Street district. The space had been a record store prior to the change of use renovation. 2052 square feet were transformed from top to bottom into what has become an instant lunch destination spot for the downtown crowd. Compton worked with Lincoln Street Studios and Sketch Blue to deliver the collective vision of the team into a superbly sleek yet classically vintage restaurant space.
