The JAM House is a live/work space designed by Jeremy Miller, Compton Construction’s Estimator and Drafter. Jeremy acquired a vacant lot through the Columbus Land Bank program and designed the custom home to fit his lifestyle. The House is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1500 sq/ft home that features natural light and high ceilings. There is a loft area, an eat-in kitchen, and a great room for hosting gatherings. Overall, the design features a “minimalist” style, and modern finishes to highlight a unique space.
