Bank Street was an adaptive reuse project of an old electrician’s warehouse in the Brewery District into the live-work studio for Drift Industries. This was a unique opportunity to construct this 1,916 SF live-work space with a view of the Columbus Skyline designed by the owner. The “work” space housed not only Drift Industries but also Yellowood Design Studio. The “live” space contained many custom design elements, including custom cabinets and countertops by the client, and a custom fabricated staircase by Shawn Walburn.
