2323 W. Fifth Ave
2323 W Fifth Ave was once the Ohio Book Depository which has been transformed into 115,000 SF of office space housing over 10 companies, including The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio and MDK Law Offices. Compton Construction has completed over 50,000 SF of work in this building including the main atrium space and common area spaces.
MDK LAW OFFICES
MDK Law Offices needed more room for their expanding business and Compton Construction built out 14,623 SF for their additional office space including the installation of a 600 kW generator. Collaborating with BSD Architects for this design build project, Compton created a space for MDK to maximize their business.
WOMEN’S FUND OF CENTRAL OHIO
The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio was an interior renovation project as they moved from a previous office. Compton Construction accommodated their transition as they made their move into their new 2,460 SF home.
EMERGENCY SERVICES INC.
Emergency Services Inc. provides employment services for medical staff to hospitals and medical facilities in central Ohio. Their office renovation included adding working space in an open office environment, and a new conference room, complete with a glass garage door to divide the space.
IHEART MEDIA
Home to Central Ohio’s top radio stations, iHeartMedia needed a space to host events and artists. Compton Construction created a multi-pupose room centered around a stage, a high-end conference room, and an updated office space to create a more efficient layout. The renovation was approximately 3000 SF and was completed in roughly 2 months.
PLEVIN & GALLUCCI
The Plevin & Gallucci renovation included adding offices, conference space and a break room to their new office space. New finishes including a painted ceiling, carpet, and walls changed, in addition to extra glass to allow natural light into the main office area.
I am continuously impressed with their commitment to the community and the betterment of this city. They facilitated the process of moving our office in an efficient and manageable manner so we could focus on our own work in the community.
