Located on West Lane Avenue, the 12-story Arlington Gateway tower opened in 2023 as a prominent transition between Ohio State’s western campus and Upper Arlington’s upscale shopping district. Among the building’s anchor tenants is Northwestern Mutual, which initially occupied the 12th floor before expanding into the 11th floor in 2024.
This project gave our team the opportunity to bring our expertise in premier office buildouts to one of Columbus’s marquee new developments. The finished space includes custom murals, open workstations, enclosed offices and meeting rooms, shared break areas, and a balcony offering expansive views of campus and downtown.
With strategic planning and carefully coordinated crane work to transport materials to the upper floors, the buildout was delivered smoothly and successfully—another strong collaboration between our construction team and a valued client.
