This tenant improvement transformed an existing office suite at 2323 W 5th Avenue into a dynamic broadcasting headquarters for a multi-station radio group. Designed to support both live production and day-to-day operations, the space balances highly technical infrastructure with bold, brand-driven design.
At the core of the buildout are multiple live radio studios, each acoustically treated and equipped to support real-time broadcasting. Red studio indicator lights signal when programming is live on air, ensuring uninterrupted production.
The client’s brand identity carries through in striking ways, most notably with a bold red entry sequence and areas of red carpeting that create visual continuity and a strong first impression. These elements are paired with clean, modern finishes that keep the focus on both performance and experience.
Behind the scenes, the project required careful coordination of specialized systems to support broadcasting operations, including infrastructure for audio equipment, data, cooling, and sound isolation. Every detail was executed to ensure reliability for live programming while maintaining flexibility.
