Compton Construction to renovate retail warehouse space for Hot Yoga Studio

In a partnership with M+A Architects, Modo Yoga has selected Compton Construction as the general contractor to build out their new space. The newest yoga studio to Columbus is set to be built in the Grandview area, with construction scheduled to start in mid-February. The new, adaptive re-use renovation, will include a hot room, new locker rooms, and a community area with retail and green space.

Modo Yoga is based on 7 pillars, and believes in living green. The studio will feature reclaimed materials, along with sustainable materials throughout, including cork flooring and Ohio harvested barn wood. The “hot room” will meet insulation standards, and is designed with energy efficiency in mind.
