The Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) has always been important to Compton Construction. Blake joined SMPS in 2011 and immediately started getting involved with the membership committee. In the 2012-2013 year he stepped up as the Membership Co-chair and during the annual national membership drive was instrumental in securing 1st place for the Columbus chapter in the Membership Madness Tournament.
Not only did Columbus beat out some of the largest chapters in the country to take 1st, but Blake was also awarded the Chapter MVP award as the most influential member of the membership drive.
