Bank Street: Behind the Vision
By Compton Staff
| News
With the addition of a second floor and a spiral staircase, we converted a warehouse in the Brewery District to a live/work studio. An adaptive reuse and a structural upgrade, the Bank Street building required a change of use and multiple city variances.
The renovation of the first floor provides an inspired space for the environmental designer who bought the warehouse and created this vision. Contributing to this vision was David Hughes of DCH Architects.
