Cost effective and low maintenance fiber cement board siding is being installed on the JAM House. It is fire and termite resistant, and holds its color longer than other traditional siding materials. White trim and battens finish out the exterior siding installation.
What is a “JAM House?”
The “JAM House” is a home designed entirely by our drafter and estimator, Jeremy Miller. He purchased a vacant lot from the Columbus Land Bank, and is now building a new home on the Franklinton lot.
