Hanging Drywall

When Drywall gets hung, the project is getting close to completion. 265 sheets of drywall were used, which is roughly 8500 square feet of drywall. There were difficult angles, overhead ceiling work, and tight spaces. However, crews took only 8 days to hang drywall, tape, and mud the entire house!  Check out the time lapse of the entire, floor to ceiling process.

Framing PlansThe “JAM House” is a home designed entirely by our drafter and estimator, Jeremy Miller. He purchased a vacant lot from the Columbus Land Bank, and is now building a new home on the Franklinton lot. Check out this article for the full story behind the “JAM House,”  and check out our YouTube channel for more construction projects or to catch up on the previous JAM House videos!
